Company was very honorable in their billing and never asked for more than what was agreed upon.
this is by far the best and biggest storage facility I have ever had. Its very clean and secure 24/7. with 24/7 access. And state of the art and that's why I'm giving it five stars.
We’ve been a customer of Giant Storage in the Spokane Valley for nearly 2 years. The staff is fantastic to work with. Quick to respond to questions and always friendly. The site itself is incredible. Secure storage area. Love the powered garage door opener. The units are large. Site is always clean. Appreciate the amenities of the unit, having power and lights in the unit is also great! Easily accessed from the freeway. Would highly recommend Giant Storage for all your storage related needs!
