Took my bike in for an overdue service, super friendly staff and quick turnaround, bike feels a world better. Very grateful for the minor adjustments they made too - I should’ve been able to do them myself but couldn’t - has made a big difference. Many thanks Giant team.

After searching far and wide for a specific model of a Liv women’s road bike for my wife and a few average experiences with other stores, we had a simply fantastic time dealing with Craig who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
