Every time I visit Giant RV they have the gear I need at reasonable prices. Easy to book, easy to drop the van off no matter how big or small. (Just unhitch and the team manage the van into the workshops). I received a report of what was done both in writing and verbally. Items that may need attention in the future. Above all the team were very helpful and did what they said they would on time. Great business to work with.
My uncle came in for advice, the man was nothing but rude. Had no idea about the type of van he had. My uncle walked out none the wiser and was charged $90!
TL;DR: Something went wrong. I took it back, they fixed it straight away and worked around my schedule. Go here. Quality work. Fair prices, Thoughtful workmanship. Happy staff. Had a chat with the owner about my trip and he also offered to make a bracket to mount my Starlink to the roof at a totally reasonable cost (which I took up and it's great).
