I am a transport driver who recently dropped off a new RV unit at the Rancho Cucamonga location and had the pleasure of being checked in by Mayra Martinez. She was courteous and had a very pleasant disposition. It was noticable because I travel a lot and deal with a plethora of receiving personnel, Mayra in her professionalism was efficient but nice at the same time... And that's a rarity. Sonia Gutierrez is doing an outstanding job getting new rv's checked in and drivers on their way. The entire atmosphere here is much more professional since new team has been here.

They are the absolute worst dealer in the nation for bringing new units to! Garbage attitudes, they take hours on end to do what all other dealers take 15-45 minutes to do. (3-5 hours is not out of the question here), no legitimate waiting area (while they take their 3-5 hours). I could go on and on. Every single transport driver in the nation should stand together and refuse to deliver here!
