We looked online and found the trailer that was perfect for our needs (fitting a very specific size of off road car) and our budget. We called and made an appointment for the same day to see the trailer and told them when we would be there and when we were on our way. THEY SOLD THE TRAILER WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THERE! My Daughter bought a trailer at GIANT RV. Trailer fell apart after 2 days. Happened in early June. Asked for management to get ahold of us several times. No reply. Wish we hadn't paid for it in cash, then we could have recourse and maybe they would care. Service will repair the damage, but won't be completed till after the summer is over. Complete summer lost for vacationing. Daughter had to cancel all vacation plans.

MILITARY BE CAREFUL!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Active duty Navy here. My wife and I went to look at trailers here. We found one online that was at another location but we came to a verbal agreement that we can put a REFUNDABLE $2500 down. With that down payment, they hold the unit for us and when it arrives, we can choose to buy it or walk away and get our money back. Both our salesman and the manager at the time said so. My wife and I just bought our first RV today, a 2020 Evo, and we were so impressed with the representatives who assisted us. Jacques was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us the right RV for our needs. Told us we could contact him anytime even if it was his day off. A great personality and not pushy at all. terrible , they sold me a 5 year permaplate warranty for $3470 which was supposed to cover exterior graphics from peeling and fading. i filed a claim and was denied. permaplate blames giant rv rep. angel fregoso. angel blames permaplate. while im out $3470. Ive had the motorhome less than 2 years. i also bought a repair care warranty for $7500 bumper to bumper mechanical now im worried when something happens they might not honor that one. i am very upset with company.
