Our experience with Giant Recreation World was very positive from the moment we walked through the door and James Thorpe greeted us. He was very knowledgeable of the product as well as conscious of our budget, as well as our intended goals for the unit. I was seeking to buy a travel trailer, but had a unique timing and financial situation. I visited other RV dealers and their services felt very gimmicky and pushy. I almost gave up on my search when I visited Giant Recreation World. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and weren’t pushy at all. Bought a 23 Gulfstream that sprung a leak in the bathroom. Brought it to the dealer and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. Just months after purchase with no use at all. They told me to kick rocks, as its my problem now. Pay us you sucker. What a terrible experience all around.
