Hunter and James, did a fantastic job helping us pick out our new RV, answering every question we had and making our buying experience better than we have had in a long time. My wife and I had an amazing experience. We met David Leete our sales agent who was extremely personable and set the tone for the rest of our experience. He assured us everything would be ready and to our satisfaction - he far surpassed our expectations. He was a pleasure to work with. Dear Giant Recreation World Headquarters, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the Winter Garden, FL dealership. When purchasing my 2025 RV, I was misled about the extended warranty coverage. I was told mobile service fees would be reimbursed, which has proven untrue. In addition, within the first five months of ownership, my brand-new unit has required replacement of the refrigerator, microwave, and three AC units.
