WORST COMPANY EVER. If we could give 0 stars we absolutely would. We purchased 1 travel trailer and a fifth wheel in 2023. The problems started before we ever used them. These were brand new! In fact the list of repairs needed at the walk through was the first red flag. Had we not already paid, we would have cancelled the transaction at that point. Literally the worst customer service i have ever had, things seems great until you sign the dotted line. Literally zero service at all. Was told to call to schedule ceramic coat for paint as well as service for cabinets falling off the camper. Spoke with Wes from finance and someone from service to get these schedule together at the beginning of may, was told first opening was June 3 8am. Shocked how far out but agreed to it and was told everything would be handled and i could drop it off the night before. June 2nd showed up... read more
Too bad it doesn't have 0 stars Never again! I don't recommend this dealer. Purchase new fifth wheel 2021. the seller asks for a down payment and afterwards asks you for additional costs. I paid $ 799 for the preparation which was never done. Everything was dirty and not inspected !!! On delivery a lot of equipment is broken ... slides out, dishwashers, refrigerator, hydraulic oil leak ect.
