This is the WORST pharmacy with AWFUL customer service. They refuse to take ins info over the phone but tell you to call them with the correct information. They don’t tell you when you need an authorization from the insurance. They put you on hold mid sentence and then tell you they deal with 100s of prescriptions a day so basically yours means nothing to them. I stopped by today to refill some prescriptions. While waiting in line the two women behind the counter continually complained about customers. It was incredibly unprofessional with several customers in line hearing the banter. When one woman decided to come to the counter and actually assist customers I had heard enough and left.
March 2025 I am extremely impressed with the staff and service at the Giant Millville Town Center Pharmacy. The head pharmacist/Allegra helped me navigate receiving prescriptions that are difficult to ascertain due to numerous reasons. Not only is she kind, and compassionate while being professional; on numerous occasions she went the extra mile to ensure that, I received my medications on time. This is a great pharmacy. They have an actual person answer the phone. I first called CVS 3 times over a 6 day period to have the CVS in Ocean View call a Baltimore pharmacy for a transfer and they had a message that they were working on it but they never did. Then I called Giant who right away called the Baltimore pharmacy and did the transfer.
