This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to I call & it just rings & rings & rings I just got off the phone after waiting for 10 minutes for somebody to answer hung up called back & another 5 minutes of waiting I went there one time & they said my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes we'll it took them 2 hours sorriest Pharmacy I have ever been to.
Wish I could give this pharmacy a 0. It is always INCREDIBLY painful every time I pick up my prescription. I could go to pharmacy school and graduate faster than I can pick up my meds at this place that were called in days ago. It is actually shocking how month by month, it gets worse and worse.
Giant Pharmacy at Riva is pretty bad. They're always slow. At the slightest hiccup they just stop and don't tell anyone. The website that is supposed to show status is consistently wrong. Refills show ready when not started. Refills don't show up when they are ready. Telephone calls go unanswered - just ring and ring and ring. I'm very unhappy with Giant Pharmacy.
I give up. Giant is officially the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misery of dealing with. Not one time have I dealt with this place when there wasn’t at least one problem. (I mean, how many large companies let their entire data system go down for an entire day, crippling all their customers’ ability to access their medications?) They are slow to fill prescriptions, I get notifications for refills that aren’t ready, and the mobile app is utter garbage. Pharmacy is terrible takes 7and half hrs for prescription to be filled they lie there nasty to customers. They have new people there rude and claim control medications take that long I contacted number of other giants was told that's not true.Rachel is manager and can't do her job neither can the new pharmacist if you can't do your job maybe you should quit
