Tonight I called the pharmacist to fill my prescription. The female pharmacist that answered the phone, I remember her name started with an R I think, was extremely difficult and did not care about helping me. Although I gave her all the information about the prescription including the date in which it was called in, she repeatedly gave me every excuse in the book why she couldn't fill it. They were very patient and answered all my questions.
This pharmacy will never have appropriate stuff to give me a proper service. For some reason they claim things come through wrong from the doctors (all the time) they can’t fix to their systems, it’s impossible to make simple name changes in their system if you happen to have a middle name, they will hand you the medication not knowing what it is with no explanation. Never had a problem with them.
Worst service ever. Customer obsession, ownership principles are very low. They do not advise about the prescription price, insurance pre-authorization until you start asking them.
