After seeing a number of negative reviews I wasn't expecting much. However, the pharmacist and the young woman working the cashier went above and beyond to help fill my prescription. I had some issue with my insurance and the girl at the cash register took the effort to and put all my information, and when we still had difficulties the pharmacist came out and tried to assist, provided very valuable information to help get the insurance added to my prescription, ended up saving me $400. They have straight-up refused to fill prescriptions if anything requested is over the counter one too many times. At this pharmacy, the pharmacist will just hand the prescription back to you with the letters OTC written on top. I have never visited another pharmacy that does this. What’s more, when I objected to this practice, the head Pharmacist on duty on July 17 scoffed audibly at me and said it would take two days to order one of the “OTC” prescriptions and that the other was no longer in production.
