I love having a pharmacy nearby, and overall, I am happy with it, the staff, etc. It's far better than the typical pharmacy - more of a personable, hometown feel. But, even so, the processes can be confusing for the unitiated. Call & Visit 6/14 Pharmacists clearly don't do their jobs. After four days of waiting for a prescription to get filled, when we were ready to pick it up, we called to make sure it was ready because we never received a call or text indicating that it was. We were told there were no prescriptions to be filled. My wife checked her records that indicated her doctor did fill the script. Pharmacist and staff clearly don’t like their jobs , lol every time you call they sound annoyed and have attitudes in their voice. Good thing I have tough skin and can handle it but they should really check their selves
Great shopping
Worst pharmacy you can go to. When they are done making the meds. Instead of letting the customer know, they just make you sit there and wait extra 30 min for no reason. Also said i would be getting a txt message to let me know but they sent me when i was paying for the meds. Literal garbage customer service
