I don't feel confident speaking to the pharmacist during consultations. They just tell me to look at the paper provided whenever I ask a specific question. This pharmacy gives off a very "on to the next one" vibe...even when there is only one other person behind me, if that. We've updated info on their system which had to be done multiple times afterwards. Hands down worst pharmacy I have ever used. 1st bad experience, after getting a text that my prescription was ready i had to wait 30 minutes for them to complete it when I got there. 2nd bad experience, after not hearing from them for a few days after ordering a refill i go in to check and was told “your insurance refused to pay”. I love having a pharmacy nearby, and overall, I am happy with it, the staff, etc. It's far better than the typical pharmacy - more of a personable, hometown feel. But, even so, the processes can be confusing for the unitiated. Call & Visit 6/14 Pharmacists clearly don't do their jobs. After four days of waiting for a prescription to get filled, when we were ready to pick it up, we called to make sure it was ready because we never received a call or text indicating that it was. We were told there were no prescriptions to be filled. My wife checked her records that indicated her doctor did fill the script. Pharmacist and staff clearly don’t like their jobs , lol every time you call they sound annoyed and have attitudes in their voice. Good thing I have tough skin and can handle it but they should really check their selves
