Last year I switched from Rite Aid to Giant Pharmacy. Best decision ever. They’re beyond helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you’re well cared for. Thanks for all you do, even when you’re busy and could easily write me off. The pharmacists and techs are the best! I’m grateful for you! 😊
All of the staff are extremely delightful, they are also very helpful if prescription is out of stock, but even when it is, they always make sure to get it filled in a timely manner!
JOE and PAM are beyond AMAZING! Always great service and supremely positive attitude. They actually make it fun to pick up prescriptions. STEVE does a great job as well. Best department in the store…THANK YOU!!
I’ve been using Giant pharmacy for many years. Joe and Sue are so kind and have been amazing, especially given my many prescriptions! Beyond grateful to them. Prescriptions are filled quickly & app & reminder texts are most helpful.
I only started using Giant Pharmacy a few months ago. I have always used one of the larger pharmacies. Wow, what a difference!!!! The difference, they care! If a medication is ever out of stock (very rarely) they order and fill by 1st thing the next morning. No matter how busy they are, they make you feel as though you are top priority. I can't say enough about how happy amd grateful I am to have found Giant Pharmacy!
