Experience on the phone to check product took forever and then was told not in stock and hung up on. Called back hoping they could let me know when shipment may be in and they are never told what is arriving. Will be heading to state college for groceries!!

I've been a customer of Giant (Souderton) since it opened. I am literally there everyday. Your employees (daytime) as a whole are rude and act like they never have seen me before. There are exceptions though. Tracy the cashier couldn't be more pleasant to every customer that goes through her line. From the checker I had yesterday 5/3/16 to baggers and cart people they are RUDE!!! The cashier never uttered a word to me or any of the people in front of me and barely bagged any of the products. Bought some meatloaf mix to make meatballs. While mixing the meat I noticed some white stuff in the mix. I first thought they were bone bristles but touching it they seemed like plastic. I came to the conclusion they were some kind of membrane added to the meat or pieces of fat. ???? To lazy to bring to the store. Won't buy chop meat there anymore. I still love shopping at Giant. Please supervise
Normally,I have a good experience at this store.However,tonight was not one those times.It is insulting to encounter someone who acts like they did you a favor by showing up for work.
Terrible, two times buy a cleaning product and the cap was partially unscrewed, all over groceries. Bought firewood from them, and it was wet and would not burn. Worker leave uframes in the Aisles making it difficult to shop. I used to work for Genuardis and we were well groomed and dressed nice. They wear t-shirts.
See the giant Camphill is making donations to the silent auction at Fredriksen Library In the past they've given hundred dollar gift cards ( and some years more than one ). It appears that this year they're giving a $25 gift card Guess they didn't have a smaller one
