Sue is the worst, laziest, non-customer oriented pharmacist we have ever seen. Maybe she's not being paid enough so she decided not to help people. If you need to ask her a question, don't bother. She'll tell you to go look it up or find it yourself. If you need prescriptions filled by HER, wait a couple weeks for them if you have the time, can wait or if you don't need them. She gives the giant pharmacy there a bad reputation. Don't go there. Take your business anywhere but there. You deserve better.
I am so frustrated with this store, they advertise and then all week do not have the item. They will not change the item they said it is too hard, come on with computers it is soo easy to change things. This is not the first time I have gone in three times for an item and they don't have it. Go to Stauffers their sales are great and when they have a bogo you only have to buy one to get the deal, except for the meat.
This the slowest giant food store ever.. The cashiers are so slow!!
Okay staff, but when a customers credit/debit card doesn't work just don't send the customer away. I had a $38.81 order and my debit card wasn't working, so I was sent to the customer service desk, and then being told contact my bank we can't override it or do anything else. I of course didn't have another payment, so I left all those groceries behind. As it turns out, I had $32.00 in my account. WOW!! a $5.00 difference?? The selection of quality products is very poor compared to any other giant. But karns isn't any better. It must be a Middletown thing. No bulk aisle. Little to no healthy foods. And a poor produce section with sub par employees. Sometimes I'd rather drive to camp hill. And I do.
The most extensive selection in Southside of Allentown. Generally it probably has the most competitive pricing.
Getting a little pricy, but their kosher & organic food offerings are awesome at decent prices. Everything from Ezekiel Bread to egg free waffles! A fine store for folks with special dietary needs, a limited purse & a sensitive palate. The convenient pharmacy has dedicated & courteous staff, & ghe meat manager knows his stuff.
This place pretty much has it all. They also have great prices in here and often they have sales on specific items, I love going in here feels like they are handing out some items at times.
A good place to shop....clean, neat, excellent produce - excellent employee attitudes! Foods nicely displayed and easy to reach.....fresh produce! We use the "Coffee Shop" almost every shopping trip.We hope "Gas Credit" will be added soon.
