I asked Customer service if prescription was ready, she hanged up on me when i asked if it was open now
The pharmacy is incompetent. We were given the wrong medication dosage and they never refill medication when ordered. When they are questioned about it they are very rude. We only go there because of our insurance. It is always a horrible experience!
As I have been going here the last few years, this pharmacy has gotten worse: autofill services are never scheduled properly, and they selectively notify you when the prescription is ready (the evening before they return it to stock though they never told you it was ready). Also, check your prescriptions carefully as I have received the wrong strength of prescription once, and also had to "convince" the staff who I was, as they associated and identified my prescription with another person with a similar name.
