This store is the perfect size for me. They carry everything I need and want without having to walk a mile through a store.
The staff in this pharmacy have always been extremely kind and helpful to me. When it is time to refill my prescription, they already have the medication in stock and ready to fill quickly. Much better than my previous experiences at Rite Aid.
The pharmacist (Not Stephanie, the other one) very rude person. I was there to pick up meds for my son. The nice lady told me about 10 minutes, so I did some shopping. I came back 20 minutes later and the girl seemed to me that she was trying to find it so I calmly said, “The lady told me 10 minutes thinking maybe that would help her look somewhere else or shed light on where the meds were. A refusal of a pain medication for over a week left me going through withdrawal. The withdrawal caused negative symptoms which led me to be shaky and clumsy enough to accidentally slice myself with a box cutter, requiring 7 stitches. I’m about to send the bill to this pharmacy. While I understand there are certain laws in place in Pennsylvania regarding controlled substances, leaving a patient without a pain medication for over a week is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. I had different pharmacists telling me different things about my controlled medication. My insurance doesn’t approve the medication I take for my back pain, and giant pharmacy couldn’t/wouldn’t allow me to pay cash for it. This I understand.
