The pharmacist (Not Stephanie, the other one) very rude person. I was there to pick up meds for my son. The nice lady told me about 10 minutes, so I did some shopping. A refusal of a pain medication for over a week left me going through withdrawal. The withdrawal caused negative symptoms which led me to be shaky and clumsy enough to accidentally slice myself with a box cutter, requiring 7 stitches. I’m about to send the bill to this pharmacy. While I understand there are certain laws in place in Pennsylvania regarding controlled substances, leaving a patient without a pain medication for over a week is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. I had different pharmacists telling me different things about my controlled medication. My insurance doesn’t approve the medication I take for my back pain, and giant pharmacy couldn’t/wouldn’t allow me to pay cash for it. This I understand.
