Super friendly, approachable and helpful staff and mechanics at Giant Osborne park. We've been really happy with the experience of a bike purchase and several visits to the mechanics. Most recently I rocked in with a mechanical issue and no booking, it was fixed in 5 minutes with a smile for free. Thanks Giant Osborne Park for being exceptional.
Best bike shop in town. Pascal went out of his way to help me select and fit the correct MTB shoes if I could give 10 stars I would service unparalleled
Poor service and communication on warranty repairs. Would be 0 stars if it could go less. First and last Giant I will ever buy
Disappointed. Received good service when I was obtaining prices for an insurance claim. After settlement went back to buy a bike. The colour and size I needed was not in stock. Fair enough they would order it from the local warehouse. Might be in tomorrow (Saturday) definitely by Monday. It's now Wednesday, no notification my bike is ready. I tried to phone but their message bank is FULL. This is not how to run a business. Unfortunately I have paid a deposit or I would be going somewhere else.
