Best bike shop in town. Pascal went out of his way to help me select and fit the correct MTB shoes if I could give 10 stars I would service unparalleled
Poor service and communication on warranty repairs. Would be 0 stars if it could go less. First and last Giant I will ever buy
Disappointed. Received good service when I was obtaining prices for an insurance claim. After settlement went back to buy a bike. The colour and size I needed was not in stock. Fair enough they would order it from the local warehouse. Might be in tomorrow (Saturday) definitely by Monday. It's now Wednesday, no notification my bike is ready. I tried to phone but their message bank is FULL. This is not how to run a business. Unfortunately I have paid a deposit or I would be going somewhere else.
Absolutely brilliant service, ordered two bikes and both were ready before the quoted delivery time. Had a number of interactions with them since and nothing is a problem, so easy to deal with. I choose to drive 85km to use them as opposed to 3km to my local dealer, who's the exact opposite. Highly recommended - keep up the good work
This shop is amazing! I ordered my sons bike online expecting it to take at least 7 to 10 days to arrive. We got it within 2 business days! I have one very happy 11 year old and I'm an extremely happy customer. Thanks to everyone at Giant Osborne Park for your extremely fast service.
