I came in and bought a Mens Large mountain bike for my husband. Service was friendly, bike had to be made so returned 2 days later to collect the bike. It was a week day and I was the only customer in the shop, and it was clear I was by myself and no one offered to help me get the bike into my car. My car was parked at the front door of the shop - no other car in the car park. It took me nearly half an hour to get that bike into the back of my car as it was awkward and heavy. Big store and extremely helpful and friendly service
Absolute bunch on legends! Young lad brought his first proper bike here at Christmas and has already managed to bend the derailleur. Brought it down and they were able to fix it up on the spot. Amazing service, very professional and polite. Can’t thank them enough!
