This used to be my favorite shop—the only place I trusted. I recently placed an order at the Aurora location and put money down just before they unexpectedly closed due to a tragic loss. I completely understand and sympathize with the situation, and I don’t fault them for needing to close. What I can’t understand is being left in the dark regarding existing, paid orders. I took my 22 yr old Schwinn in to get the shifters and brake lines fixed/replaced. Despite being around the holidays, these guys did a fix and full tune up in a few short days. Great service and communication, and they brought an old nostalgic bike back to life for me!! 10/10 would recommend 👍
Recently had my eBike in for service. Brian was incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt. He clearly explained everything to me and ultimately got the spokes replaced in a timely manner. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Very positive experience. We will be back!
