Would recommend Giant Melbourne for everything you need. The customer service was exceptional. I went in looking for a small part and the customer service, care in wanting to help and educate was amazing. I have since had my bike services and some things changed, and I have to say, it was 5 out of 5. Thank you for being so great while I'm getting into my cycling!
