Knowledge staff and excellent customer service! Earl is right there on the sales floor answering questions and if you can't decide between different bikes you can test ride them on the trail. This is the 2nd time we have purchased bikes from Earls and can honestly say we wouldn't go anywhere else!
Small local bike shop (LBS) feel but enough bike inventory, accessories and gear to make any biker drool! The staff is SUPER friendly and really makes the experience pleasant. If you're in the market to buy a new bike, give these guys a shot. If you're interested in a used bike, make sure to check out the used bike barn - I was blown away at the variety! Chapeau to Marcus and Rylan for always making me feel like an appreciated customer. I know I'll keep coming back!

Just went there last Friday, I was wondering if there's a overdrive 2 cover or not, cuz I lost mine. Fortunately, they have. And guess what!! They gave me one for free, that's so nice!!! Seriously the best customer service at a bike shop within a 50 mile radius. There are some that are very close in the Williamsport area, but as soon as we walked in and told them what we needed they were helpful from start to end!! They made sure both of our kids were very comfy and safe on their potential bikes and went out of their way to size them and make adjustments!
