showed up without a reservation and was able to book with ease. The bike I rented was absolutely great, has me thinking of buying one. Be back in the fall to try out the e-bikes! My husband purchased bikes for he and I five years ago. He also purchased riding clothes, biking accessories totaling over $5k. In the past, prior to today when we’ve had minor bike repairs there was no charge. However today for a 5 minute break adjustment we were charged $30! So disappointing!!!!! Must say —-the staff was extremely curious and friendly. My beef is with Giant’s customer service policy!

Had a tire fix and was helped impressively. Liz was awesome very helpful my bike was ready 2 hours before time was set workmanship was impressive and customer service was fantastic!
Great experience upon arrival! Andrew was willing to help me out as soon as he realized I was bringing my own parts in and out of the door and quickly held the door open for me to make sure I got my bike inside with ease. Jared worked on my personal bike and made sure it got a perfect tune up, he informed me more on my own bike as well as bikes they were selling!
