When he said me car not rusty he was right, body hasn't rust but underneath whole rusty, (btw don't buy Quebec car most of them rusty after 10 years) I don't know how safety was provided but headlight bulb wasn't work , yes , not big issue but in my car headlight must be uninstall to change a bulb, so I guess he mechanic wasn't care with it. Be careful dealing with this dealer. I was in an accident, and he told me the other driver was 100% at fault. Later, I found out the report listed me at fault without my knowledge, which caused my insurance to jump to $800. He never provided the police report or case number, and when I asked for details, he blocked me
