They twisted my foot/knee when doing a bike fit a couple of years ago causing an injury. I should have told them I have had knee issues in the past with my knees, but i would expect that they should ask before hand, if they are going to twist your feet to the point of this damaging your knee. Tried to sell me a Defy in stock right before the new defy model came out, even though I said I wanted a TCR. Recently had a bottom bracket service on my old Specialized Tarmac, done at Giant Hampton. I was very pleased with their job, pricing and turnaround time. Extremely impressed. They also threw in a few things that I was not charged for; like re-crimping my cables, cleaning my bike, cleaning my hubs. Whoever is in the workshop there takes pride in their work.
I just wanted to say a quick thank you in appreciation for the care, support and genuine concern following my accident on the road last Wednesday (19th of March) on beach rd. From the moment I made contact to my visit to the store and care taken yesterday with Matt to go over all the bike gear and equipment that was damaged, cut or bloodied as a result of the accident. Thanks again for all your support, care and assistance. Everyone at Giant Hampton has been phenomenal .
