The best Giant dealer in Melbourne and most likely all of Victoria Didn’t even sell me the bike but went well above and beyond getting me sorted even had my back with Giant Australia. Very professional service, they have set a high bar for all Giant dealers to follow, will certainly bypass other Giants shops and travel the 100 kms or so for this quality of service in the future Thanks for keeping my faith in Giant bikes
Dropped my bike here today for a little spa session, and it came back as if brand new(-ish!) Super friendly service, and the guys did an awesome job!
They twisted my foot/knee when doing a bike fit a couple of years ago causing an injury. I should have told them I have had knee issues in the past with my knees, but i would expect that they should ask before hand, if they are going to twist your feet to the point of this damaging your knee. Tried to sell me a Defy in stock right before the new defy model came out, even though I said I wanted a TCR.
