I recently bought a new Giant Propel from Giant Hampton and the whole experience was amazing! From the quick responses to my emails from Sarah and helping me with test riding and sizing through to getting set up with my new bike with Vida. They were both so lovely and I never felt rushed at all through the process which was so nice. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new bike.
Just wanted to say a big thankyou to the team at Giant Hampton but especially Sarah who went above & beyond to make my new bike purchase an absolutely seamless & super enjoyable process. Nothing was too much trouble & the customer service was second to none. I'm a keen cyclist but not right up with all technical stuff that comes with new road bikes. I was looked after so well & felt I could ask questions without feeling like an idiot! I cant recommend these guys enough!! Thankyou for looking after me.

Giant Hampton is dangerously good at what they do. I just bought my third TCR and somehow they still make it feel like I’m buying my first great bike. The owners, staff, and mechanics are all ridiculously friendly, genuinely passionate, and way too patient with my component questions. From choosing the model to obsessing over the perfect build, the service was absolute gold class. I don’t go anywhere else for anything bike-related… mostly because they’ve ruined every other shop for me.
The team at Giant Hampton are amazing and are super friendly. I recently brought my bike from them and have just taken it in for its first service and I was so impressed. The team kept me updated with everything and the service itself was very quick. Would recommend Giant Hampton to everyone!
