I understand that these are unique times to say the least but the lack of compassion/common sense shown by Assistant Store Manager Jason Butler is alarming under any circumstances. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, providing accurate information and make the best recommendations to benefit the customer. The customer is greeted with a smile and called by name- a rarity in these times!
