Just had a insulated patio cover installed from Giant Factory Direct LLC and couldn't be happier with the finished product, the whole process only took a couple of weeks from estimate to install, fast turn around and unbeatable price with great service. Chris and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my mom's porch cover. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. I cane 5 starts with a caveat he had to cut/remove a downspout and he did not remedy it. Totally understand and I was okay with it being taken out not realizing he wasn't going to fix it. BUT, if you have to remove something, you should be prepared to fix it OR be sure it is clearly understood what is to happen.
