This store has the best staff who are always friendly and happy to help. My son has Down syndrome and he is on a first name basis with almost all the staff. I salute them all and thank them for working in this dangerous time.
This is my best source for dairy free foods. I recently requested the carry an item (Ripple milk) and they had it in stock at my next visit.
Sewer backed up in ladies bathroom . They smell making everyone gag. Sewage even out the door of the bathroom and they are staying open! Disgusting management today
Having more self checkout lanes open than regular lanes staffed with cashiers in the 5-6pm hour is frustrating to say the least. Having to scan, then bag my own groceries when the prices at Giant Eagle are still higher than other grocery competitors who offer far better customer service and comparable product is what will cause this company to lose customers and business. Your customers not only want value and selection, but great customer service as well, and in that department you are failing.
This place is worthless. I don't know what happened... But go somewhere else!!!!! I called before 730 pm last night to ask when the deli closed... They said 8. Got there at 745... Closed for cleaning. WTF. Grabbed a manager and complained. Complained at the front desk. Called and complained to the store manager... I said get your heads out of your asses... Go to another store. Blah... 😒
I just love shopping at this Giant Eagle.. while others are nice, I love Rochester! Everyone is always the nicest... I appreciate what they do and always go above and beyond! Tonight, got the wrong size box of cereal and Seth ran back and got me the right one - didn't even ask! Thank you so much!!!
