Very disorganized compared to other grocers in the area. Long lines at cash registers with less than half of them open.

RecommendedWhile I enjoy the produce this store rarely has any human cashiers available. I do not want to self check out my 100 items. I will never use self checkout.

I have been to many GE but the Medina by far is the best. I wish I can give 19 star, every one on all levels are professional and friendly. Don’t believe me go take a visit anytime and experience the above.
Th majority of cashiers are extremely slow and there is NEVER enough cashiers!!! Everyone complains about the slow service and lack of competent cashiers, yet Giant Eagle does nothing about it.
Don’t go there, place is packed, never more than 2 open non self checkout lines
your wine area says you have tastings on Sunday from 1pm to 5pm. this is wrong nobody was there for the wine tasting other than that it is a fine store
