While at the store today, I noticed one of the employees decided to rudely announced how she didn’t like the customer ahead of me’s mask. Her face was completely covered but she was taking precaution during a hard time. This employee (a short older woman that also worked behind customer service) continued to talk and made sure everyone could hear her displeasure in this customer’s mask and you can tell it made the customer feel uncomfortable. I go there every Fourth of July for the annual tradition. Before the parade.
My doctor called my prescription in at 11 (i have bronchitis). Went to pick it up at 230 and it wasnt ready. HOW?! No explanation or apology for making me and my cranky toddler wait for over 30 minutes. People came, dropped off their prescription slips, shopped, and came back to pick their prescription up before i even had mine. It wasnt even a complicated prescription. Absolutely will not use this pharmacy again.
Discriminates against employees that are physically disabled. Likes to cut back on their hours until they aren't given any so the employee quits. Disgusting HR practices. Gina should be ashamed of herself.
I have never had a problem with the staff here. They have always been willing to help out. But thats just me.
They are very rude never going back. I don't recommend this place at all especially if you have kids.
