Went in today with no mask because I have chronic anxiety and major depression disorder so wearing one I sometimes get panic attacks and can’t breath because I feel like I’m suffocating. I was told I had to leave the store and that they won’t even let me check out because I didn’t have a mask and all I wanted was a chicken breast so I could eat lunch. I've had a few bad experiences with the employees here. Watched some younger kid stocking shelves start screaming at an older gentleman because he walked the wrong way down the isle. I was personally followed by an older woman who worked there at a later date. She actually stopped me on my way to the register to say she was glad I could follow the rules. I ordered a unicorn cake from the bakery that they have offered to order on their website. It looked nothing like the image. The eyes were on upside down and ears were in the totally wrong spot (I fixed that before the picture, but you can see the messed up icing where the eyes were). The pink icing around the sides wasn’t nicely done. They misspelled it after I explained three times on the phone what I wanted, then argued with us at pickup to tell us we were wrong and they were right. If i could give this store negative stars i would. What kind of manager gives a handicapped woman using a walker and carriage for support a hard time about taking her mask down to catch her breath. Shame on you!!! Karma is watching 24/7 . Shame on you pitiful excuse for a man.
The manager is an aggressive, intimidating BULLY that harasses obviously handicapped individuals. I cannot convey my disgust at anywhere that would employ such a horrifically rude person. The manager clearly needs FIRED as this is not the only instance they have harassed patrons!
