Recommendedgreat job to the Giant Eagle Bakery in North Olmsted! I called and requested a carrot cake for our Easter celebration. I let them do what they do best and decorate the cake. Maya artist did a fabulous job!

Will never step foot in this store again. I stopped going to the deli a while back when I waited 7 minutes for someone to wait on me. I was the only one there and 4 different clerks walked past and didn't even acknowledge me. Tonight 5 people ahead of me and the customer was having trouble with her card. The cashier called for "Joe" to come help three times. He must have been sleeping in the back room because he never showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes I left and will never go back
Lazarus, a pharmacy tech at the North Olmsted location, is a pleasure to deal with. I call from time to time with questions on status of prescriptions, questions on generics and those darn GoodRx coupons. He is always pleasant, helpful and professional in his demeanor. I consider myself lucky when he comes to the counter or answers my phone calls. Please let him know that his customer service is exceptional and that he is truly an asset in the pharmacy.
I went to Giant Eagle Watertower this morning to get a menu for catered food for my event. There was a line of 15-20 people at the Deli counter. I went next counter to prepared foods and asked the woman there to get me a menu-no one else was at this counter. She said no that I would have to stand in line (15-20 people) just to get a menu. Needless to say I was very very disappointed with this kind of customer service.
This week's ad and store sign advertised soup, 5.99. Listed Mushroom Bisque and Crab corn chowder, been there 3x nothing. Sunday bottom row all chicken noodle.
Between empty shelves, stock people completely blocking aisles, and Nicole's horrible customer service, this is no longer a pleasant place to shop.
