This is a nice hometown store with a great selection of food and friendly staff. I appreciate that they have stuck by their mask policy to keep us all as safe as possible!

Trying to make something mandatory when it isn’t a law and it’s infringing on my rights

This no mask no service "even though we're in the green phase" is BS... especially since walking in seeing a woman at the checkout with her freaking mask around her CHIN WITH HER DEBIT CARD IN HER MOUTH!!! GO ahead Giant Eagle keep trying.... but you are failing miserably. She may as well licked the freaking card machine!!! But guess what... YOU SERVED HER!!! Good Luck with that.

This place is a joke. The lines are ridiculous. The cashier looked at every item she scanned, as slowly as she could, checked her screen, then looked for a bag to put items in. Customers put their items on the belt in the way they want it packed. Scan and go!

I truley hope that PJ the manager on duty feels real big today for throwing my mother out of the store and not letting her buy her chicken because she has copd and can't wear a mask because she cant' breathe. There is no LAW stating she has to wear one!!!! She should be able to shop just like everyone else then chose to hang up on me and wouldn't give me his name the first time!!!!! Corporate and an attorney will be called... And i will be letting everyone know how they treat people at this location.

Just to inform everyone that the manager of sarver giant eagle doesn't seem to care about the medical condition called asthma. He insisted that I pulled the mask over my nose. I informed him of my condition with which he didn't care so I informed him that I would leave and due to him, wouldn't return. I have never been treated like this from any store. Especially since by law I'm not even required to wear one due to the medical condition. By federal law they aren't even allowed to ask about it. They are just plain rude!
