Always great service! The staff does a phenomenal job, from prompt service to accurate advice. This is the only grocery store I’ll shop at in the Canton area!!!! Kudos Giant Eagle!

I like Giant Eagle but it's a huge turnoff when there are people selling things at the entrance! We go there to shop, not to be harassed!

Never have enough cashiers at Giant Eagle on Raff Rd. Waited in line on Ssturday afternoon at 4:00pm and there were at least 20 people in two lines waiting with different employees just walking around. If you want people to come back you must have a little more help. Also people in self checkout had to wait for service which kept that line long!
