Over the years, the service has been good at this Giant Eagle drive-thru at Village Square, but recently it has deteriorated significantly. I arrived a half hour ago with five cars ahead of me. Right now, two cars are ahead of me. There is no reason for such slow service. I wouldn't mind waiting in a long line if the pickup of prescriptions could be handled within 3 minutes. But 6 to 10 minutes per car seems inexcusable for a simple pickup of pills.
Its fine. Ive had far worse for real. The people complaining are probably just awful customers and awful people in general
AWESOME! WENT TO PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTIONS & WAS 'GREETED' WITH A SMILE & A FRIENDLY HELLO. HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT GETTING A COVID SHOT. ANSWERED OF WHAT I ASKED. I NOTICED THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY WITH HIGH VOLUME OF PRESCRIPTIONS. VERY EFFICIENT OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
