Giant Eagle pharmacy staff are wonderful. They notify you when refills are available but don’t constantly bug you like other pharmacies. So glad I went back to them
Every time I go, it's something else. They're closed when they're supposed to be open. My prescription isn't ready even though I received a text saying it is. It's super frustrating. I use Giant Eagle for my prescriptions because there's rarely a wait. I see why!
Louis gave me my 2024 Covid Shot today. Louis has been giving me the Covid shots since 2021. As ALWAYS Louis was great! Louis has such a “soft “ touch and is always competent ,professional and really courteous.
