Not really helpful for people who are trying to get updated prescriptions what they are already sent. I go there for the fourth time for the same medication but in a different version (I needed 2x a day, not 3x a day) and they still gave me the wrong version. I dont want to pay $12 copay for a medication for a 90 pill supply. I told them repeatedly that I would rather get the 60 pill supply that I told them about two weeks ago, a week ago, and a few day before today. And they still messed up.
