Hate the new phone system the old one was much better thinking about going somewhere else for my scripts. Hit the wrong button and called to talk with someone but no answer, called 3 times. Maybe if I was a rite aid customer or spoke Spanish it would go through
They have been very good every time. They don’t mind when we ask them to run our prescriptions through Good RX. They check to see which way it would be more affordable.
They are inconsistent with refilling prescriptions at the Sarver GE. One month I can refill 4 days early and other months I’m told it has to be refilled exactly on the 30th day (which is not true according to our insurance). Drive thru is ridiculously long and trying to get someone to answer when you call is very frustrating.
