They are inconsistent with refilling prescriptions at the Sarver GE. One month I can refill 4 days early and other months I’m told it has to be refilled exactly on the 30th day (which is not true according to our insurance). Drive thru is ridiculously long and trying to get someone to answer when you call is very frustrating.

I’m 75 years old. Have different pharmacies over the years. After 8 years using The Giant Eagle Pharmacy at Buffalo Plaza, Sarver, I had enough and changed pharmacy to Saxonburg, PA. I won’t waste the reader’s time detailing the many times of poor service, delayed filling of meds, rude employees and wasted trips to pick up meds that were not available for another 24 -36 hours.

To the lady who was rude to my elderly mother ........ I don't appreciate it !!! She could not take her vaccine after she filled out paperwork..... and you lectured her on the cost .... I am in the medical field also ....... it's called patience ..... YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THRU ! Show some kindness!
