Never answer phones. Lucky if medicine is done on time or anytime. Staff could care less.... about anything. I had a few family members switch to Walgreens... much happier there
Attention all Rite Aide transfers. DO NOT switch to this pharmacy. I have been trying to work with them for the past year after recommendation from my doctor. They are out of my medicine every month. The pharmacist suggested that I call four days in advance to make sure they have my prescription. I don’t understand why I have to be in charge of their inventory, but here we are. Been using them for about 5yrs now. Very steady staff who gets to Know you, and All are Really Friendly! Gives you that Hometown Pharmacy feel. WISH they had Delivery since they Can't put in a Drive Thru!!
The pharmacy won't tell you if they have a specific medication in, because and I quote from Nicole the pharmacist "You could tell someone else, and you could rob us." If they didn't have my medication I wasn't going through the effort of calling my doctor to have my prescription changed to Rite Aid since my regular pharmacy was out of my script.
