New to area so decided on Giant Eagle for my prescriptions. It's been a mistake. Have had waiting issues all four times. So, today I called in ahead of time. Stopped after an hour and told it wasn't ready! Asked if I could wait a few minutes. After 18 minutes I left. Why call in ahead of time? I was picking up a bottle of eye drops.!!! Not even pills that needed to be placed in a bottle. Never an apology about delays! Today I received a dirty look because I left. Can't compare with small, independent MedCap stores.

Terrible. They are extremely slow. 22 people standing in line to pick up meds...YOU GOTTA PROBLEM. That is not the only case. This has been the issue at least 9 times.
