Depends who you get. I've had service be very quick and staff be friendly, but I've also had rude and/or unfriendly staff. There have been times when the order has been delayed or they've asked to put off filling the order until the next day.
Terrible customer service. Every time I go thru the drive thru rep is rude and always "what do you want" mentality. Always attitude. If you dont like your job, change it. Switching to a better pharmacy.
This pharmacy is the worst! They wanted all the prescriptions from Rite-Aid but they can't handle the volume. Forget about going through the drive thru - I've been sitting here for 25 minutes and still two cars ahead of me. I didn't have the option to walk into the store to get my script because of a procedure I had done and I had to get the Medicine before I could go home. I am switching my scripts to a different pharmacy!!
