I've used this pharmacy for as long as I can remember. Today when trying to fill a prescription after being involved in an auto accident, I was greeted by disgruntled staff that made me feel like a burden. One staff member said "I hate doing these" and rolled her eyes when I handed her my information. I know it won't make a difference in the long run, but I will be transferring all of my future prescriptions from Giant Eagle. I would suggest training the staff on how to interact with customers.
