The department is closed because one employee is on break but the other 2 employee that works the next department don't even bother to help told me I have to wait 30 min, it's a joke
Staff is great. Really only know Tracy in floral and maybe Katrina?? at the pharmacy. Exceptional service every time from them and everyone else. Prescriptions are ready on time always. Everyone at check out and customer service is always friendly and professional.
We have used this pharmacy for many years and have been very pleased with their friendliness and efforts to get the best price.
Such an a*hole pharmacist Jenn. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Rude and pathetic. She talks to you like she’s forced to work there. There’s no empathy. She should’ve chosen a different career. My whole family was customer of this pharmacy since 2017, we are going to change to a better pharmacy! I am telling my friends and family to not go to this Giant Eagle pharmacy anymore!
