Although this pharmacy normally treats every patient/customer with dignity and respect, the person that I spoke with today trying to get a refill was the most ignorant disrespectful person that I’ve ever spoken to in any pharmacy, asked why a prescription wasn’t on automatic refill list and was told they no longer do automatic refills when they just filled a couple a few days ago that were done by auto refill. Told 5 maybe 10 minutes came back 30 minutes later at got an attitude because it wasn’t ready. 45 minutes later it’s still not ready I’m sure the lady is going to yell again when I go up. Can’t wait till Kroger buys giant eagle…
