They obviously can not handle the high volume of prescriptions that need filled. I waited 20 minutes in the car line and 10 of those were at the window waiting for someone to come tall to me. I rang the buzzer twice and didn't even get acknowledgement that they saw me. Its frustrating that they're the only place now that fills my prescriptions, or else Id go elsewhere. I dont think its the pharmacists faults, it just seems like to much for them.
Hours are wrong They close at 5pm on Sundays
This is too small of a pharmacy (Monongahela Giant Eagle) to handle the patient load from 2 closed Rite Aids. My doctor has been trying to get my prescription filled for an antibiotic to treat a post op infection, yet it is not showing in their system. We thought that since this is a simple antibiotic it would be filled in a timely manner, they claim to have no record of this prescription. I guess the pharmacy just can't be bothered to answer a call. I've called for DAYS. But the best I can get is the system puts me on hold. 45 minutes of the hold muzak and I'm done.
