I'm a good rx gold member and they do not know how to enter info correctly. The prescription was supposed to be $11.75 but they insisted it's $19.25. I paid but called good rx and they said they never enter group name so I can get the $11.75. I got scammed by this pharmacy and wonder who else gets scammed here. Worst pharmacy, (Giant Eagle Elm Road Plaza), experience in over 30 years Forced to go to this terrible condescending pharmacy when Rite Aid closed. Pharmacy staff is very rude and try to NOT accommodate you. They claimed my insurance was “expired” when I’d been using it for years at other pharmacy. Pharmacist won’t fill most prescriptions unlike Rite Aid. Blames the doctor for RX when they make mistakes! Avoid at all cost!
