I always have a question and the pharmacist can answer. The staff is very attentive and quick at check out. They always ask you if you have questions. I think they are the best at Giant Eagle. Very personable. I always come here because of them. No complaints just accolades 🙌
They must have horrible staff no matter which Giant Eagle Pharmacy you go to!! Rite Aid used to be my Pharmacy of choice until they closed and I was forced to use Giant Eagle in the Jamestown plaza. Got so sick of the Terrible way they run things there. That I switched to the Elm Rd Plaza (even though it's a longer drive). It didn't take long to figure out that Giant Eagle pharmacists and staff are just Bad all around!! I'd avoid trusting All Giant Eagle Pharmacys with your health care/medications!
Unable to speak to a pharmacy team member by following voice prompts or even leave a message. Attempted to notify main store that the AI prompts are broken and was curtly told I'm sorry that's the only number we are busy and hung up on. Wow
I'm a good rx gold member and they do not know how to enter info correctly. The prescription was supposed to be $11.75 but they insisted it's $19.25. I paid but called good rx and they said they never enter group name so I can get the $11.75. I got scammed by this pharmacy and wonder who else gets scammed here.
