Pharmacy tech tried to say I needed to go back to my doctor to get a refill because it was expired! She pulled up an older prescription (WITH WRONG DOSAGE!!!) and I was telling her it wasn’t possible. She wasn’t looking at my most up to date medication!! Horrible!!! Wouldn’t let me give her my RX number to try and correct her.
Pharmacists and Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. For everyone complaining about their prescriptions not being ready - sign up for text updates. Also, some medications are low in supply right now so it can take some time to get them in, try calling before you run out.
Go anywhere but here. Not worth the headache. My doctor called in and they said he did not. Calling him a liar.
