I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I had a prescription for sumatriptan for severe headaches, and because I had recently filled the medication, I completely understood that the pharmacist wanted to verify it with my doctor. I was originally told that they needed to speak directly with my doctor before they could fill it. My doctor then took the time to personally call the pharmacy and speak with them. Pharmacy tech tried to say I needed to go back to my doctor to get a refill because it was expired! She pulled up an older prescription (WITH WRONG DOSAGE!!!) and I was telling her it wasn’t possible. She wasn’t looking at my most up to date medication!! Horrible!!! Wouldn’t let me give her my RX number to try and correct her.
Pharmacists and Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. For everyone complaining about their prescriptions not being ready - sign up for text updates. Also, some medications are low in supply right now so it can take some time to get them in, try calling before you run out.
