I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for a bit now...rude on the phone...can't even get whole question out. They were called in at same time last week. This is every month. Due all on the 28th...now they are making me take two trips 30 miles away.. because the wil not hol them until all of them are ready. Thank God I have extra here because now it will be a total of 8 days out. And do not have enough for that. They are not controlled..they can be kinder and stop for a second and be kind. I went in to pick up my prescriptions that I desperately needed for insomnia and when I arrived I was notified that the wouldn't be ready until the next day due to a mix up with my doctors, and I was about to buy one of them over the counter when the exceptionally nice pharmacy tech trainee Timothy went out of his way to fill ALL of my prescriptions while I shopped. I got everything I needed with zero problems. Timothy deserves to be a full time employee!
Went in to get diagnosis for what I assume was an upper respiratory infection, they basically asked me what I thought it was and went from there. Then when going to pick up the prescription, they never called in the 2 prescriptions they said I needed, waited for an hour and the pharmacy closed before they even sent the script over. If you need care urgently, don’t go here.
