The Kiosk at the drive thru doesn’t make sense when you have to also interact with humans as well. It’s nearly impossible to reach both the kiosk and the drawer to get your prescriptions. The amount of bags and books printed out and the staples is overkill, then the person checking you out seem annoyed I’m there. Switching pharmacies.
It’s very frustrating when you try to call several times to see if a prescription was phoned in and there is no answer. The hours state they are open until 8 and I’ve tried to call 3 times starting at 6:55 until 7:30.
I could get my prescriptions a whole lot cheaper somewhere else, but I come here for the service. The customer service here is unparalleled! The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. More than once, they've found me a coupon or a discount and saved me a bunch of money. They always make a point of letting me know when my drugs have interactions. I can't recommend them enough.
Please update your hours online! Says you're open on Sundays, but thats clearly not the case. And when you are open, it takes 30 plus minutes to get through line for a prescription that is supposedly filled.
