Absolutely horrible. Twice I was on hold for over 30 minutes to see if a prescription was ready. I recommend going literally anywhere else.
Would give 0 stars if I could. They hang up on you when you call, are genuinely rude when your there and I'm sick of it. Fix it.
I never had an issue once everything got transferred from Rite Aid.
Did give 5 stars a few months ago. They told me they were filling my script on Tuesday so went in they said Wednesday. I call Wednesday morning they said one hour. I go in two hours later and the elderly short lady with short white or grey hair said rudely two hours...lol..so I don't have a car right now and as soon as I got home I got a text saying it was ready.. I had to get another ride so she obviously LIED or just didn't bother to see it was going to be ready in 10 minutes NOT two hours..
Tell me why auto refill for a life-sustaining treatment of a fatal, incurable chronic illness would ever be shut off?!
