Poor experience constantly. They text and say prescription is ready. Then make you wait for 20 minutes before it’s actually ready when you get there. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Often very miserable. Also asked if medication should be refrigerated and they stated “no”. Once I got home, the bottle clearly states please refrigerate. So that’s great they provide false information to their customers!
Disappointed in the most recent experience here. Out of meds but called before I ran out. Left messages on the machine for 3 weeks. Prescriber sent electronica refills. I actually went to the site and messages were never received. Neither were my prescribers' messages. Contacted my insurance company for assistance.. all they could do was leave my prescriber a message. They always get the orders I place telephonically ready quickly and there is never an issue. Conveniently close to my home too.
Terrible! Seldom have I seen such an unfriendly group of people. Rude almost every time. Only good thing is convenience if you need to pick a few groceries.
