Always a Issue... The worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with including all gaint eagle's...
The pharmacist went on a power trip with me because she barely heard me curse to MYSELF on the way back to my chair in frustration after waiting almost half an hour to get a shot, when it wasn't that crowded.
I have been coming here for a long time but will no longer be and will be searching for another pharmacy. I’ve been told different things regarding prescriptions many times. This last time was the final straw for me. Was essentially lied to by a tech, and was told to wait until Thursday morning to call and get it filled. I call and they say they can’t fill it because they are waiting on a fax since Monday from the doc. So when I called Tuesday why wasn’t I told that? Giant Eagle is heartless ! Won't mail prescriptions, Drive-thru is never working. Everyone must come into the store to get their meds or have someone pick them up. Many seniors, & people w disabilities DO NOT DRIVE. Some people have no &/or limited supports to help with getting their medications - this is very stressful; & Giant Eagle compounds the stress with their attitudes.
