the worst pharmacy EVER. never answer the phone. never responds back to anything . They suck . I’d give 0 stars if I can . I’ll stick to Braddock hills giant eagle pharmacy .
They claimed they called my doctor for prescription transfer I was physically at the store as they lied to my face called my doctor in front of them doctor answered right away.yoy need new pharmacists they don't care and are gonna get someone killed terrible service won't ever be back to this location
I was forced to switch my prescriptions here when I changed insurance and it's been a nightmare. Every single part of their "automated" system is broken at least sometimes. With my last pharmacy, I never ran out of or had to worry about requesting prescriptions. Now, I have to watch and verify every refill, which requires clicking 4 levels deep in the GE website and finding the buried "manage" option because prescriptions can't be managed via their app, because my auto-refills don't auto-refill half the time and I'm not noti... read more
