Horrible customer service. This store used to be clean, friendly and had a great selection of groceries. I m not sure what has happened, but in the past 5 years, it has become a dirty, unfriendly and unpleasant place to shop. I ve moved on!
Chicken still had blood inside it and there was hair in my chili!! I called the better business bureau!
In store full of great associates, you have a real standout, Donna in produce always goes out of her way to make us happy shoppers. On several occaissions we have been looking for watermelon in qtrs and she has been so gracious to go back and cut and wrap fresh for us. It is so refreshing in this day in age to find someone so happy to accomodate customers and provide great customer service!Terry and Barb Cummings 440-428-5909
This must be the worst grocery store ever. The workers are very rude. The prices are high and food quality just sucks. I would recommend that you choose another grocery store. It is too bad that there is not much competition for them in this area.
I LOST MY LOWES WEDDING GIFT 8/13 AND NONE OF THE CLERKS WOULD HELP ME OR THE PURCHASER RETRIEVE IT WITH THE RECEIPT WE HAD....EXCEPT BARB...SHE WORKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE JUST WENT RIGHT INTO THE SIDE ROOM AND PULLED THAT DAYS RECEIPTS; GAVE ME THE NUMBER AND I WENT TO LOWES AND THEY REDEEMED MY CARD AND ISSUED A NEW ONE. ONLY BARB. NO ONE ELSE WAS WILLING TO HELP US...WONDERFUL HELPFUL AND KIND.
I love this store it is amazing,it is very easy to get in and out and the people are very friendly. If you need something I am sure this store will have it, lots to choice from
As I was purchasing a \$5.00 bottle of wine at the self check out, I knocked it to the ground accidently causing it to shatter. I immediately apologized to the cashier at the station adjacent to me. She completely ignored me. A nearby customer assured me it was just an accident and it was ok. The supervisor came by. She looked down at the mess and also ignored my apologies.
